I'm a little slow this morning as it just occurred to me that perhaps the OP knows the idea is daft but is proceeding with it because he knows it bugs everyone reading the thread.
Do you think it matters if the drill/drivers are not all the same make?

It is a telescoping gauge. Used to measure holes by transferring the inside measurement to a micrometer. Usually part of a set having a range from about half an inch to up to 6". I see I'm just rephrasing what others are saying. mklotz are you sure the "swan neck" tool is not for cutt...

Top picture. The right hand cross hatched piece is for flattening sharpening stones. I suspect the left hand one may be too but am not certain.

It's been 5 decades since I was instructed in this stuff and forgot all of it but there are a number of videos that explain it. Look for aircraft sheet metal bend allowances or variations of it.

Perhaps this might be one place where wood turning lathe centres might be useful. Some are made with tips that are removal, of different sizes and types. Better than slipping something over the point of a centre. One of the better examples but there are Asian imports for less money on the usual site...
