I will look into the Amazon motors Bill. I did notice yesterday that our Harbor Freight has one that is 1hp - 110V - that is reversible for $169.00.

I will absolutely do that. We are going to try and convert it back over to 220V, so I will most certainly get another power cord for it.

That is a good idea, I will start with the power cord. I did stretch it out to measure it the other day, it is entirely possible that that is when it disconnected.
