Well I have figured it out I purchased a teco 510 from emotors direct https://www.emotorsdirect.ca/item/teco-l510-101-h1-u?quantity=1 they are from Canada !! good for me. check it out.. will need to protect it better from chips and dust,also venting for heat and air circulation will be adding extern...

Ya it will be just on/ off forward reverse controls for the vfd
