looking for Jet-16 info
I bought a Jet-16 12 speed mill/drill. On the right side of the quill is a zerk fitting. Is the zerk fitting use for grease or like on a Bridgeport, is the zerk fitting used as an oil lube point?

take a look at a Birmingham. It will be the same as all the others, Enco, Griz, Jet, etc., some companys will have differances in there talerance standards.

Yep, you're right, did it by hand. The point is sharpening drill is a skill that should be acquired and developed. Drill sharpening by hand is just as important reading a mic or making the perfect cut. The truth is, on small drills, I use a Dill Dr. but on larger drills I "try" sharpening ...

I am looking for a couple of books for tooling applications. For example a procedure for turning an inside radius on a peace of round stock, the book would explain the set-up procedures.
